I haven't written here for a couple of weeks because first I had to work really hard to create a hole to take a vacation, then we went to Maui for a week, then I had to play catch-up for another week!
But it was worth it. Although Roger and I have been to Hawaii 12 times (wow) this was our first time just the two of us! We drove all over the island, shopped the boutiques and galleries, ate, snorkeled, dove, ate and hiked. Our two dives were at the Cathedral at Lanai (where we wanted to go over 20 years ago and couldn't) and Fish Rock, (which I enjoyed even more.) Roger added to his fish butt picture collection - alright, he got some good ones too. I'll make a collage of them and upload it. We saw some spectacular sunsets. We even managed to get some rest and read two or three books each.
I can tell how good a vacation was by how let-down I feel afterwards. I really need a new project to get me out of the doldrums!
