Nearly 75 years ago my mom and grandmother started collecting Fiestaware. They are colorful pottery plates, bowls, cups, saucers, serving dishes and even vases that you buy by the piece and can either have all matching, coordinating or just plain colorful (like mine). As long as I can remember those were our everyday plates both at home and at Grandma’s. I have just inherited the double set. I’ve given away my old everyday dishes and still don’t have room for everything, but I’ll find a place because I love them.
