Well, it's been a LONG summer! With great help from several of our friends we got the studio re-roofed. Roger took only one day to re-roof the greenhouse and I've now spent two weeks cleaning, repainting a buttery yellow and replacing the shelves on the inside of the greenhouse. It hadn't been painted since it was built before Bethany was born. Now all I have to do is get the plants back inside before frost. (It is 41 degrees at 9:30 am - I'd better hurry.) It looks like we won't get the front door or that floor joist replaced this year - maybe next.
Along with all that, we've been losing weight and dropping clothes sizes. It feels good!
Andrew spent most of the summer on light duty (paperwork and dispatch) because of a shoulder injury. This weekend he goes back to full duty - I pray that he doesn't re-injure it.
Bethany is now working for a sign company in sales and really enjoys it.
