We've taken several trips "east of the mountains" this year. For our latest two, my hubby had business in Cle Elum, Naches and Tieton and I rode along. Washington state has SO many faces! I remember other trips through Snoqualmie and Chinook passes; trips with grandparents, trips with girlfriends in college.
I used to dislike the old roads scaring the landscape of this area, but I've found they no longer bother me. They're like memories of my own life that I treasure. Without them my life would have no character.
Mistakes not examined.
Lessons not learned
Joy not celebrated.
Posibilities not hoped for.
