We just got back from Newberg, Oregon for two nights at the Dundee Hills Passport Wine Festival. You buy a $20 passport that gets you usually half price on tastings and sometimes other things like half price on a deli sandwich or a free wine glass. The tastings are usually $10, and we HAD that sandwich and got the wine glass. We drove all over the gravel roads in between miles of bare fields of grapes. This area is known for it's Pinot Noir. We bought a few bottles. Hmm, I think I'll open one tonight.
