I got back into town just in time to MC a ladies' brunch & sing in the choir for the last time this season. Dear Hubby wanted to switch out our computer before we downloaded all the photos (which ended up filling up our photo drive.) So I'm just editing our more than 2,000 pix now. Here is one of my favorites of Monument Valley. One thing we realized is that distances in the SouthWest are different than in Western Washington. Since everything is big and you can see forever, everything looks closer. Here in Western Washington, althought we do have some big things (i.e. Mt. Rainier) you have to clear out all of the trees and hills before you can see them.
