More and More Cheesey

Yup, cheese is making me smile these days.

This is my first poor little mis-shapen blue cheese starting to show blue.  We get to taste in mid-October.  I'm getting better at packing the molds so this cheese's six little siblings at least LOOK better.

Isn't this pretty?  My fourth farmer's cheese all waxed and ready to age.
