Oh LOOKIE! I remembered to save enough of my latest feta cheese to take a picture and post it! I put dried herbs in it (green flecks.) The herbs make it perfect for Greek Chicken and Pasta or melted over a casserole or cubed and in a salad...or just by itself. Well, don't expect to see that again...until I make more. Feta takes a little more work than farmer's cheese but the good thing is that feta only takes 36 hours - no aging time in the "cheese cave."
