Not yet
Nope, don't have "normal" yet. Today I did do my first private workout at LA Fitness. The times I've been there I've mostly either swam laps or had a trainer. Trainers are sadistic people who like to make your muscles hurt for DAYS. Today I crafted a "Monday Workout" designed to work on the muscles that I need worked on, leaving a burn, but not enough to make me groan every time I get up from a chair - for DAYS. The good thing about trainers is that they know the machines and can tell you what you shouldn't do. We also identified several exercises that I really need. The "normal" plan is that I will work out on Monday doing mostly arms and torso; work out on Wednesday doing mostly leg stuff and then swimming; then on Friday I'll fill in the rest of the arm, back and ab stuff. If I miss a day I have Tuesday and Thursday to fill it in. We'll see if this can be "normal."
