Creating

Three years or more ago I made a proposal to our church for a kiosk with a computer in it that would show slideshows of our missionaries during the coffee hour and could also be used for weddings and memorial services. The only problem I could see was that it would take a lot of time to set it up, get the media ready and put it away each time it is used. Well, the proposal was approved, but got lost in the shuffle and I didn't make a stink because I knew I was going to be the "media" person anyway.
Fast forward to today. There is a now a little black box that you slip a CF card into and that attaches to a wall mounted TV screen. Two "on" buttons and you've got an instant slide show. OK, not so instant. I've spent hours re-working the media we use for our missionaries, but this is what I LOVE to do! And I'm saving it in a layered format so I can quickly change and add. Above is one of 10 layouts I've made so far. Fun!
Also, happy 34th anniversary to me and hubby.
