Has it really been two months? I'll have to do better than that! It seems like nothing has happened, but life has been going forward.
Our son passed his firefighter's class and is now a full fledged Firefighter working volunteer for now and working another job as a medical scribe in a local hospital. Our daughter will be at Key Arena in Seattle skating for the RatCity Rollergirls, hopefully on January 19th. (We haven't heard for sure if she is rostered yet.) Hubby and I have been snuggled down this late fall and early winter. I have to get out and exercise and stop eating all that chocolate I got for Christmas.
We had a nice Christmas with the kids. All too short, but rich.
I gave away almost all my cheese to friends for Christmas, so yesterday I made some more. So far I've only made cow's milk cheese, so this year I plan to find some goat's milk and make some chevere. I also want to make some parmesian-like cheese which must age for at least 6 months. And some cream cheese and... You get the picture.
My other thing is to take more people pictures. I've been taking mostly still-life and landscaping, but I want to find places to take more people pictures. Read up more - play with my flash etc.
